Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details when applicable

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
