At AUTOPULSE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below to understand your options.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Installed, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective upon arrival.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used automotive parts

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Special-order or clearance items

  • Items returned without original packaging


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at autopulse1@outlook.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • AUTOPULSE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost when applicable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process


Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before ordering.
Returns due to incorrect fitment may be subject to restocking fees or refusal.
